The Predictions Cup site now shows its own Terms of Service, which you can reach from a new Terms of Service link in the footer. After you sign in, the prompts to accept the Terms and Rules now wait until the page you're heading to has loaded, so an acceptance is no longer lost.
The Predictions Cup registration checkbox now names both the Official Rules and the Terms of Service, with a link to each. The footer now links the Official Rules, Terms of Service, Guide and Privacy Policy in that order, and the contest disclosure above the copyright no longer ends with a separate rules link.
Removing market maker liquidity from an order book now accepts an optional Idempotency-Key header. Retrying with the same key never removes orders placed since the first attempt, and normally returns the original result; if the market has since settled or closed, or is still being updated, the retry reports that instead. When the service is temporarily overloaded, liquidity requests now say so accurately.
Cancelling an order or cancelling all orders now answers 503 with a request to retry when the trading engine is briefly overloaded, instead of reporting a failure. Cancel-all stops at that point and reports how many orders it cancelled and how many it has not yet confirmed. Retrying is safe: it either finishes the cancellation or confirms that the order is already closed.
Where an organization does not offer Google or Microsoft sign-in, the sign-in and sign-up panels no longer show an "Or continue with email" divider above the email fields.
The payout figure on a market now names the currency you are trading in, so a competition shows its own play currency rather than a bare amount. On the registration page, a phone number is now required, and each checkbox says whether it is required or optional — you can still enter and win without agreeing to receive email.
The phone field now formats your number as you type and shows the flag of the country your code belongs to, so you can see at a glance that you entered the right one. Paste a number in any common style — with 00 instead of +, with brackets, or with an extension — and it is tidied up for you.
The changelog now shows ten updates at a time. Use the newer and older update links to browse the archive, or share a page's URL to return to that part of the list.
Tournament organizers can now choose whether an ended tournament cashes out open positions at market price right away or waits until every market has a real outcome. While a tournament is waiting, participants see that results are being finalized and the leaderboard updates as each market settles.
Predictions Cup registration now includes an optional phone number and clearer wording for accepting the rules and choosing email updates. Standings show the competition currency account value and change from Current Standings to Final Standings once settlement is complete. The footer now includes the contest disclosure and a link to the Official Rules.
