1. Virtual Currency (SUSQies)

The Platform uses a virtual play-money currency called SUSQies. SUSQies are provided solely for entertainment, educational, and recreational purposes within the Platform's prediction markets. SUSQies have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be purchased, transferred, withdrawn, converted into cash, or used outside of the Platform.

Participants in the Predictions Cup will receive the same allocation of SUSQies upon registration. SUSQies are a limited, revocable license to use within the Platform and do not confer any ownership interest. We (or Sponsor) may adjust, expire, forfeit, or remove SUSQies balances in accordance with the Official Rules.

2. User Accounts

You must register for an account to participate in the Predictions Cup. You are permitted only one account and agree not to create multiple accounts or accounts under common control.

Any user found to be operating, controlling, or benefiting from multiple accounts (including accounts under common control, whether directly or indirectly) will be in violation of these Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deactivate or suspend any or all affected accounts, permanently ban the user from the Platform, forfeit any SUSQies balances or prizes in the affected accounts, and disqualify the user from participation in any current or future contests, promotions, or incentives.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change usernames that are inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Harass, abuse, or harm others;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions;
• Use automated means (e.g., bots, scripts) to access or interact with the Platform without authorization;
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users;
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity;
• Manipulate markets through collusion, self-trading, or other unfair means.

We reserve the right to monitor activity, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take appropriate legal action for violations.

4. Prediction Markets

The Platform allows users to participate in simulated prediction markets using SUSQies. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, update the rules, outcomes, or resolution of any market at any time, including after the resolution date or end date. At Sponsor’s direction, we may edit, remove, or resolve markets.

5. Contests and Promotions

Participation in the Predictions Cup is open only to eligible users, requires no purchase or payment of any kind to enter or win, and is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Eligibility requirements, official rules, entry periods, prize details, and restrictions shall apply as specified in the Official Rules. Sponsor is the sponsor of the Predictions Cup and Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all respects. These Terms govern your use of the Platform but the Official Rules govern the Predictions Cup.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, software, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Prediction outcomes are probabilistic and not financial advice. Use of the Platform involves risk, and you assume all responsibility for your participation.

The Platform is for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not constitute gambling, investment advice, or a financial service.

We are not responsible for third-party content, links, or services accessible via the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10. Personal Data

Sponsor has licensed the Platform in order to host the Predictions Cup and to the maximum extent permitted by law, any personal information supplied by participants will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://sig.com/privacy/. We (The Super Market) will process personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

Personal data/information provided by participants to register for an account will be processed in the U.S. Your personal data will be used by us and by Sponsor (and by any other parties identified in the Official Rules) only for purposes of administering the Predictions Cup, including but not limited to any required applicable record keeping, tax forms, state/country/region registrations, and/or any prize fulfillment obligations. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose unless you have consented beforehand. We will not sell any personally identifiable information of any participants or winners.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, or in courts located there, at our election.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
